Yannick Prevoteau Champagne House is a family-owned and run vineyard in Damery near Epernay for five generations since 1911.

Sustainable Viticulture
The vineyards are grown with the utmost respect to nature and sustainable practices, and as a result, the winery is High Environmental Value (HVE) Level 3 certified, as well as Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne certified.
The minimal intervention in the vineyards and in the cellar enables the true expression of terroir throughout this premium range of Champagnes, that are all vinified without malolactic fermentation. The vineyard is
characterized by chalky and clay soil, some areas with a green clay from a once-meandering Marne river.
